  "text" : "（德国之声中文网）美国总统特朗普表示，将在各机场对入境美国的外国旅客测量体温并进行新冠病毒检测。他在白宫表示，需要接受检测的是来自疫情严重地区的航班旅客。不过目前还不清楚，届时负责对旅客进行检测的是政府卫生部门还是航空公司。 特朗普还指示，肉食生产加工厂属于涉及到民生的生产环节，即便是在紧急状态下也不应该停产。美国境内一些肉食生产加工厂此前因为员工中出现感染者而暂时停工停产。 西班牙卫生部紧急事务协调员西蒙（ Fernando Simon）通报表示，西班牙全国各地的病毒基本再生数R均已降至1以下。这就是说，理论人每一个感染者再感染他人的人数小于一。西蒙说，只有在R降至1以下才能考虑放宽到目前为止执行的控制措施。 此外，西班牙每天国内新增感染人数和新增死亡人数同4月初的高峰值相比也在进一步减少。据该国卫生部门的统计，过去24小时的新增感染者人数为2144人，感染者总数为212917人。过去24小时新增新冠病毒死亡人数325人。这同前一天的301人相比略微增加。到目前为止西班牙的死亡人数超过24000人。 德国联邦内政部长泽霍费尔表示将延长边境管制到5月15日。不过这还需要得到所涉及到的联邦州州长们的同意。现有的边境管制令即将于5月4日到期。今年3月中旬以来，德国对同奥地利、法国、卢森堡、丹麦以及瑞士之间的边境进行管控。作为例外的是同比利时和荷兰的边境。 另外，德国联邦政府预计新冠疫情将会给德国经济造成二战以来最严重的衰退。德国联邦经济部长阿尔特迈尔在柏林表示，今年德国GDP可能会减少6.3个百分点，但是明年的增幅有望达到5.2%。根据德国政府的预测，今年就业市场的压力明显增大，失业人口可能增加37万。今年3月和4月，短期工增幅\"达到前所未有的规模\"。 德国Ifo经济研究所所做的问卷调查显示，德国境内60%的旅行社面临破产。每5家公司当中就有1家需要裁员。旅行行业80%的公司需要申请国家救助。",
