  "text" : "（德国之声中文网）曾经连续数年领跑亨氏护照指数（Henley Passport Index）的德国，目前与新加坡并列第二，将第一的位置拱手让给了日本。英国Henley & Partners顾问公司依据各国护照的免签国家与地区数量更新该指数榜单，其信息基于国际航空运输协会（IATA）的独家数据。这里的“免签”指的是护照持有者无需提前申请签证， 包括免签入境和落地签。 由于非洲国家贝宁取消了对日本的签证申请要求，日本护照可以免签前往的国家与地区增至189，成为最\"畅通无阻\"的护照。并列第二的德国与新加坡护照的免签国家与地区数量也达到188。 近年来一再痛失邦交国的台湾在该排名中的表现也不错。根据该榜单，依据本周五（2018年5月25日）的最新榜单，148个国家和地区对中华民国护照免签，比2017年增加了14个，相比今年年初（2018年2月13日的指数榜）也又增加了9个。台湾在榜单上的排名也从2017年的第31上升至目前（与梵蒂冈并列）第26。 值得一提的是中国护照的\"含金量\"也同比大幅提升，从2017年的51个免签国家/地区增至目前的70个。在今年2月的指数榜上，中国的免签国家/地区数量还只有64个。中国护照在榜单上的排名也从2017年的第85位跃升为目前的第68位。而更好用的则是特别行政区香港的护照，目前享受169个国家/地区的免签。 目前在榜单垫底的是伊拉克和阿富汗。这两个国家的免签国家/地区仅有30个。 根据亨氏护照指数的官网介绍，通过该指数，人们可以了解其护照在旅行自由度方面在全球所处的位置，并且发现如何通过投资移民（获得公民身份）来最大化其旅行自由。 该英国咨询机构也发布国籍质量指数（The Kochenov Quality of Nationality Index）。2017年，国籍质量指数中排名最靠前的是法国，排在第二、第三位的分别是德国和冰岛。中国2017年在该榜单的排名为第59，台湾排在第53。 有意思的是，在这个国籍含金量排行榜中，2017年排在前26位的全部是欧洲国家。排在第27位的是美国。",
